The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) will be held on Wednesday 12th March starting at 7.25pm. This is an opportunity for members of the public to hear what the Parish Council has done over the last year and for members of the public to have their say on anything they consider important or valuable to people in the parish.
The APM will be followed by the March meeting of Payhembury Parish Council which will start after the end of the APM, but no earlier than 7.30pm. The agenda for the Parish Council meeting will be available as normal on the noticeboard and the Parish Council website (http://www.payhemburyparishcouncil.org.uk/Agendas_and_Minutes_28525.aspx).
Both meetings will be run as one hybrid meeting with members of the public able to attend one or both meetings, either in-person in the Parish Hall or via Zoom.
